Alessandro Giua is an italian art director and designer currently working in London specialised on strategy, innovation, digital products, mobile and communication.

I am an Italian multi-disciplinary Art Director and Designer with 10 years’ experience in digital and advertising agencies, focused on creative thinking, innovation, integrated campaigns and branding. 

I've always been into creativity and technology and I've always followed my passions and interests during my education: I did my Art Foundation at the Liceo Artistico di Brera in Milan, I learned to code at age 15 (it's great news for me that being a geek has at last become socially acceptable) and most recently I attended a Filmmaking and Video production course at the University of the Arts London.

At the age of 19 I started to work at Cayenne (Dentsu Milan) first as UI/UX Designer, and then as Art Director, creating digital experiences, visual identities, branding, creative concepts for television commercial and print.

When I was 23, I worked at DGT Media (now EY) as Deputy Creative Director. Here, I was in charge of the creative and strategic process from concept to presentation leading creative vision and working on integrated campaigns, strategy, digital products and social activations. I strived to do this by fostering a collaborative team environment to be bold, innovative and efficient.

In 2015 I moved to London to work in a more diverse and international context, expanding my knowledge and experience on emerging digital and mobile media technologies, and their impact and implications for people. Here I’ve worked at Roll Studio, a digital production company, to produce R&D projects and interactive experiences.

I currently work at Fetch (Dentsu Aegis Network), a global agency built for digital economy brands and one of the world’s first mobile agencies. Here I help brands connecting with customers in meaningful ways across film, social, mobile and digital and other emerging platforms like conversational interfaces and digital transformation.

I’m also an advisor and consultant for startup and companies: from fintech to architectural firms, from cultural industry to food and wine. I support them with creative thinking, art direction, creative strategy, storytelling, digital design, branding, digital transformation, social, film, from concept to execution.

During these years across Milan and London, I’ve worked in a wide range of key projects for brands like Sky, DMAX (Discovery Communications), Feltrinelli Group, The Telegraph, Apple Music, ING Bank, HSBC UK, Chanel, TOD’s, La Martina, Shiseido, TeleTu (Vodafone), A2A, Sisal, Babybel, Europ Assistance, Ferrero, Edison, TIM, BTicino, Media World (Mediamarkt), Skoda Auto (VW Group), IWBank (UBI Banca), Nhow (NH Hotel), Limoni e La Gardenia (Douglas), Webank (BPM Group).

In December 2011 I founded Crebs which is now the most renown creative & tech job board in Italy.
